New Patients

Welcome to Halifax Naturopathic Health Centre, and congratulations on taking steps to reach optimal Health. At Halifax Naturopathic we are committed to the health of our patients and seek to provide each person with the quality health care they deserve.

Your initial visit is approximately 1 and a half hours long. During this time a licensed Naturopathic Physician will take your personal health history and determine the best approach to optimize your health. We utilize a wide variety of treatment and testing methods depending on your individual needs.

Please fill out the patient intake form and email, fax or mail it to our office at least 2 days prior to your appointment. This will allow us to maximize our time together for your first visit.
